Body Consultation
This process is included with all body treatments but can be booked on it's own to help you with some guidance of where to go with your body concerns in the future, we allow 20-30mins if booked as a single appointment, this is a complementry service as we are that serious about taking care of you.This is a comprehensive body analysis to provide a thorough diagnosis of your body concerns. With this information a custom body care program is developed and you will be provided with a detailed analysis to give you the tools and information for home care products and lifestyle choices to maintain or correct your body. We encourage you to bring in your body products from home so we can guide you how to get the best out of your current body products and allows us to identify gaps you might have. Clearing of the mind
To start the relaxation process in some of your body treatments you will complete 4 divine cycles of deep breathing to inhale the unique blend of 23 essential oils Chakra Balancing mist. The mind is clear and relaxation has started allowing you to melt into your body treatment. To signify the end of your body treatment you will hear a soothing vibrational sound.
Facial Preparation
This is a specific facial that is only performed for wet room treatments. Using floral water, cleansing oils and exfoliation to purify and hydrate the skin. Finish with an application of skin elixir to create a beautiful luminous glow and allow your skin to remain hydrated throughout the body treatment. Day Spa Etiquette When to arrive
All our spa packages have included time to allow you to relax and change into your spa robe and enjoy an organic tea, so you have no need to arrive early, we have also allowed time for you gather yourself at the end of your treatment so you can face the world again.
What If I'm Late
Arriving late will simply limit the length of your spa experience , we do try all efforts to not do this, and will extend out your appointment time if other bookings allow without inconvenience to our next guest.
Relax Room Love
Our Relax room is full of beautiful products to help you prepare and look your best to return back to the real world. With a gorgeous range of Chanel , Payot , La Prairie , Nak, Inclinic Cosmetics and many more we ask you to please use hygienically and to leave for our next guest to enjoy. Even though some of these are sample sizes they are usually limited edition samples that we are fortunate enough to recieve for you to try and are NOT samples to take home.
Day Spa Booking Policy
We ask if all cancellations, rescheduling or changing your Spa booking can be made 48hrs in advance.
Half & Full Day Spa Packages Policy
You will be requested to pay a 50% deposit on all Day Spa Packages to secure and confirm your booking. This can be done at the time of the booking or alternatively we can take credit card details and process the transaction at a suitable time for you or at 48hrs prior to the appoitment at the latest, please note until this deposit is paid, the booking will remain tentative.
The 50% deposit will be deducted from the price of your overall package. This deposit is non-refundable .
